Our Story
Domenico Mondi was born in Bevagna, Umbria. At twelve he began working in a gelateria in Rome. In 1967 he opened his pastry shop in Ponte Milvio — and has never left.
Nearly sixty years in the same place, with the same care. Not out of nostalgia — but because it works.
